Mid-Atlantic Nitro Showdown

All-Harley Drag Racing Association* (AHDRA) returns to the Cecil County Dragway to bring you the heaviest and fastest Harley-Davidsons® in the world. If you love adrenaline, noise, and excitement that you can feel in your chest like a 5-second firework, this is one race you don’t want to miss.

Classes include Top Fuel, Nitro Funny Bike, Hawaya Racing Pro Fuel, GMS Racing Engines Xtreme Outlaw, Pro Dresser, Street Dresser, Zipper’s Performance Products Pro Modified, Axtell Cylinders Super Modified, Pingel Enterprise Modified, 9.30 Index, Vreeland’s Harley-Davidson® 9.90 Index, Universal Fleet and Tire 10.30 Index, 11.50 Index, ET Eliminator, Trophy, and Junior Drag Bike.

Rider Information 

To enter the race, riders must purchase an AHDRA/AMA membership, class admission, and a weekend gate admission pass for the rider and each team. Save 10% on pre-entry admission by purchasing them online before Monday, September 4, 2023.

Race Schedule 

• Friday: Test and Tune. All bikes are welcome for a rip down the dragway.
• Saturday: Rider qualifications; Sound-off hosted by Bagger Bass League, September 9, 2023, 11 AM – 3 PM.
• Sunday: Elimination and 9-11 memorial dedication.

Cecil County Dragway Details

Located at 1916 Theodore Road, Rising Sun, Maryland, 21911. Phone: 410-287-5486. The track is a quarter-mile all-concrete surface with ⅛ mile and ½ mile shutdown area. The facility has room for 700+ racers, race fuels, parts on site, water, air, concessions, restrooms, and dry camping is free. No RV hookups or Wi-Fi are available.
